Điểm tham quan VQG Phú Quốc
This is the main public access point to Phu Quoc National Park, which covers most of the island's mountainous northern interior. The park protects over 31,000 hectares of tropical forest — some of the best-preserved lowland rainforest in southern Vietnam. Main forest trail entry is free. Specific ecotourism areas within the park charge small fees: Suoi Tranh stream costs around 30,000 ₫ (US$1.20) per person, Da Ban stream around 10,000–20,000 ₫. From the main entrance, trails lead through dense jungle to streams, wildlife-spotting areas, and the base of Mount Chua, the island's highest peak at 603 metres. The forest is genuine: macaques, slow lorises, monitor lizards, and rare birdlife are present for patient visitors. Best visited with a guide — signage is limited and trails can be muddy outside the dry season.
